Thoughts of Rapid City

It was nice to catch up with old friends in Rapid City. I didn't have a chance to call everyone I wanted to, but at least got a chance to take Faith and Abby to Storybook Island on Thursday. This is Faith smiling big for the camer and Abby telling us to be quiet and watch the stage. It was so much fun to see these two again. They are so much bigger than the last time i saw them! The endless energy and hilarious comments are still making me giggle. Abby tried so hard to keep up with Faith that most of the time when she tripped and fell she would jump up and say "I'm ok!" until she actually skinned her knees. Then she told me it was Faith's fault. Probably because Faith doesn't trip.

I hung out with my dad and Jeannette, Sharron, Meghan and Bob. I ate at Colonial House, Black Hills Bagels, Casa Del Ray and the Alpine Inn.

I'll probably blog more about it later, but for now I'm just happy to be home laying on the couch catching up with tivo.
