Denver Diaries Part 2
The next morning we headed to the bump and grind for breakfast. As you will soon see from the photos, the wait staff is all transvestites. There is a mirror along one wall that most of them preened in front of while taking orders or refilling coffee. Not only was the staff very fun, the food was really good. I had biscuits and gravy with asiago cheese. It took me two days to eat because it was so rich, but very tasty.
Our waitress started out wearing clothes and as we continued with breakfast, she started losing them. First she removed the shirt, then the skirt, then she switched out the wig. Also, she wore stilleto platforms and performed the typewriter dance to an MC Hammer song in them for us. I'm pretty sure she's a better woman than I am.
Footy kept chatting this place up and I have to say he didn't disappoint. The only thing that surprises me is that there isn't a similar place in Minneapolis. But Denver also doesn't have a tiki bar like Psycho Suzi's, so maybe we're even.
