Woo doggy. Day three of bathroom renovation.

Friday night I pulled down the old ceiling. I even put my dad to work even though he was only in town for the night.

Saturday Erin, John and I made a pattern and put up the new ceiling. We worked from 8-3 and this is what we learned:
1. Patterns are a nice idea but still don't mean it will fit perfectly the first time.
2. Old houses with are not square and trying to fit sheetrock into it sucks.
3. Hire people to put up ceilings in small, non-square places.
And yet, it was still a good time and at the end of the day... there was a ceiling.

Sunday I started mudding...and stopped at 1pm to go see Lord of the Rings.

Monday I got here at 9 and wrestled with joint compound until 11. Now it's time for the floor. But first I need lunch.
